Shipping Information

Once picked up by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the Canmore and Banff area may take 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on location.

For Canada and United States shipping, the orders will take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on location.

For Europe shipping, the orders will take 10-12 business days to arrive depending on location.

Pick Up: You can pick up your order at our storefront at Stonewaters in Canmore, at 638 8 St.

If your country is not listed we do not ship directly to it.

You can use a courier service that has a mailing address in the US.

These couriers give you your own address in the US. You must use this address and your Suite number as the shipping address. All your purchases will be sent to the US and then to your country.

Shipping rates are calculated by destination/weight of the package.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your package.
